1. Establish tasks on production of the finished goods demanded in the foreign markets with high value added based on deep conversion of non-ferrous and rare metals according to appendices No. 1 and 2*.

2. Assign to heads of JSC Almalyksky MMC, GP "Navoiy MMC", NHK "Uzbekneftegaz", JSC Uzstroymaterialy, JSC Uzbek Plant on Procurement and Conversion of Scrap, Waste of Non-ferrous Metals, JSC Uzmetkombinat, JSC Uzeltekhsanoat, JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari, other joint-stock companies and the companies - executives in charge the personal responsibility for providing high-quality and in full accomplishment at the scheduled time of tasks on production of finished goods based on deep conversion of the non-ferrous and rare metals provided in appendices No. 1 and 2.

3. Approve the List of investment projects on creation new and upgrades of the operating productions directed to deep conversion of non-ferrous and rare metals and to release of export-oriented finished goods with high value added for 2016 - 2020 according to appendix No. 3*.
