The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for appointment and payment of grants approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 2004 No. 882 "Questions of scholarship providing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 28, Art. 1871; 2006, No. 7, Art. 363; 2008, No. 21, Art. 588; 2011, No. 73, Art. 2739; 2012, No. 91, Art. 3677; 2013, No. 30, Art. 1030, No. 33, Art. 1158, No. 37, Art. 1304; 2016, to No. 26, the Art. 1026), having stated it in edition which is applied.

2. Determine that higher educational institutions appoint grants according to established procedure from the first following end date of semestrial control for the first semester 2016/17 academic years according to curricula on the corresponding specialties (the directions of preparation) and ratings can be created on GPA of semestrial control for the first semester of the specified academic year.

3. To the central executive bodies, the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to take measures to providing with professional, higher educational institutions, scientific institutions which belong to the sphere of their management, fulfillment of requirements of this resolution for the account and within the expenses approved in accordance with the established procedure provided on scholarship providing in estimates of preschool institutions, institutions.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
