About modification of the Regulations on procedure for the reporting by depository institutions of the National commission on securities and the stock market

According to Item and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 10 parts two of Article 7:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for the reporting depository institutions of the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of June 11, 2013 No. 992, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 5, 2013 at No. 1126/23658, the following changes:

The paragraph the fourth Item 3 of the Section I to state 1) in the following edition:

"Date of emergence of irregular Data - date of emergence of the events determined in Items 4, of the 5th Section III of this provision;";

Paragraph two of Item 2 of the Section II to state 2) in the following edition:

"Daily Data on the accounting operations performed by depository institution move concerning the accounting transactions performed within one operational day by depository institution from which the acquisition/termination of the property rights to securities results (except the accounting transactions connected with cancellation of registration of issue of securities, repayment of issue of securities).";

3) in the Section III:

paragraphs two and third Item 1 to state in the following edition:

"Daily - no later than the end of the day following for reporting;

monthly - no later than the last date following for reporting;";
