About modification of the Regulations on military commissariats

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on military commissariats approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2013 No. 389 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 42, the Art. 1503), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on military commissariats

1. In Item 3:

The second the words "and to command of Naval forces of Armed Forces" to exclude 1) in the paragraph;

The paragraph the fourth to state 2) in the following edition:

"The direct management of military commissariats and control of their activities are exercised by the corresponding operational commands, and general - command of Land forces of Armed Forces which agrees on the main issues of activities of military commissariats with the relevant structural divisions of the General Staff and the Ministry of Defence".
