According to Item 10 and 15 of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and for the purpose of ordering of the mechanism of control of stock exchanges and trade and information systems State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for promulgation of information and submission of administrative data on implementation of activities by organizers of trade it (is applied).

2. Stock exchanges and trade and information systems till December 1, 2002 are recommended to provide possibility of implementation by the Commission of monitoring of the conclusion of agreements with securities which are signed on the stock exchanges and trade and information systems, in the mode of "real time". Monitoring shall provide possibility of control of observance of provisions of the charter and stock exchange rules, trade and information system and observance of conditions of open sale (placement) of securities.

3. To stock exchanges and trade and information systems till November 1, 2002 to agree on technical and organizational issues of implementation of the actions provided by item 2 of this decision with the Commission.

4. Recognize invalid decisions of State commission on securities and the stock market:
