Article 1. Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following changes:

2) in Item 1 of Article 98:

The notification shall contain information on procedure and terms of the statement of requirements his creditors with the annex of the copy of the decision provided by this Item. At the same time the term of the statement of requirements his creditors cannot be less than two months from the moment of the publication about liquidation.";
