About approval of Changes to the Instruction about procedure for registration to foreigners and stateless persons of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 2014 "About modification of Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory" I order to No. 482:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for registration to foreigners and stateless persons of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory approved by the order the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of July 26, 2011 No. 196, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 18, 2011 on No. 983/19721 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To provide to department of consular service MFA of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To management of the general secretariat the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to bring this order to the attention of deputy ministers of foreign affairs of Ukraine, heads of structural divisions of the device the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, representations the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in the territory of Ukraine, foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of consular service MFA of Ukraine.
