No. 46-47, 521) and the Regulations on the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2012 No. 374 (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 2, of the Art. 19), the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition decides:
1. In Item 1.6 of the Instruction on the organization of inventory count and to cost determination of property and obligations of the liquidated company, the approved Committee on cases on economic insolvency of the companies under the Ministry of macroeconomic and statistics of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 29, 1999 No. 17 (рег. No. 887 of February 3, 2000) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2000 No. 3), words to "demonopolization, and competition development" shall be replaced with words "privatizations, to demonopolization and development of the competition".
2. This resolution is approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
