Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2003 "About bases of system of prevention of neglect and offenses of minors" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 64, 2/949; 2007, No. 170, 2/1347; 2008, No. 14, 2/1412; 2012, No. 62, 2/1928; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.12. 2013, 2/2082) following amendments and changes:

1. In Article 1:
