About modification of the Regulations on the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 225 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, the Art. 1452), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with enforcement of the Law of Ukraine "About probation".

The changes made to Regulations on the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine

1. To add Item 1 after the words "in the field of execution of criminal penalties" with the words "and probations".

2. In Item 3:

1) to add Item with subitem 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1) realization of state policy in the field of probation;";

3. Add item 4 with subitem 30-1 of the following content:
