About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of support of physical culture and sport to the organizations I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2013 No. 191 "About support of physical culture and sport to the organizations" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.04. 2013, 1/14218; 07:02. 2014, 1/14807; 13:12. 2014, 1/15460; 29.12. 2015, 1/16179) following changes:
the second offer of part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 to state in the following edition: "At the same time the requirement (recommendation) of provision of the free (sponsor's) aid is forbidden to the sports organizations based on decisions of state bodies.";
in Item 2:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"2. The compulsory provisions giving to clubs by the form (types) of sport and other organizations of physical culture and sport which teams participate in the championship of the Republic of Belarus and (or) the championships, draws of cups of other states on basketball, baseball, volleyball, water polo, handball, five-a-side football, motoball, beach volleyball, field hockey, ice hockey, soccer (further - clubs on game sports), the right to get support according to subitems 1.1-1.4 of Item 1 of this Decree, and also subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of this Decree regarding the free (sponsor's) aid from the state organizations *, are:";
in paragraph four:
replace figures "2015" and "1.1-1.4" respectively with figures "2017" and "1.1, 1.2, 1.4";
