1. Approve Rules of conducting checks of activities of institutes of joint investment, stock exchanges and other professional participants of the security market concerning observance of requirements of the current legislation concerning prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, and to financing of terrorism it (is applied) (further - Rules).

2. Provide to the executive secretary M. Kaskevich:

transfer of Rules for approval in State department of financial monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and in the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship;

state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

the publication of this decision according to the current legislation.

3. The decision becomes effective in ten days after state registration.

4. Control of execution of the decision to assign to the Executive secretary of M. Kaskevich.
