About modification of the Regulations on providing injured labor accident and occupational disease with sanatorium treatment

According to Articles 21, 34 and 43 Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability" board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the Regulations on providing injured labor accident and occupational disease with sanatorium treatment approved by the resolution of board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of October 31, 2007 No. 49, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine December 26, 2007 on No. 1400/14667, the following changes:

1) in Chapter 2:

the paragraph one of Item 2.8 to state in the following edition:

"2.8. To person accompanying the victim also expenses on journey to the place of treatment (sanatorium or treatment and prevention facility) and back are compensated to the victim who became disabled person and.";

state Item 2.9 in the following edition:

"2.9. Persons accompanying disabled people to whom the need for maintenance is determined by the conclusion of MSEK are provided with permits without treatment (only accommodation and food). exclude Item 2.10.
