1. Item 3 of Chapter 3 of the Section IV of Provisions on mortgage covering of regular mortgage bonds, procedure for maintaining the register of the mortgage covering and management of mortgage covering of regular mortgage bonds approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of the December 27, 2012 No. 1902, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2013 for No. 160/22692, to add with words "(in the presence)".
2. To provide to department of general investment and regulation of activities of institutional investors (A. Simonenko) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. And clerical works (A.Zaik) to provide to management of information technologies promulgation of this decision on the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. (A. Zbarazhskaya) to provide to management of internal audit and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
6. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market A. Petrashko.
