About establishment of requirements to software products in the stock market

For the purpose of establishment of single approaches to use of software products in professional activity in the security market, and according to item 20 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED strengthenings of responsibility of users for operability of system of preserving and use of information in electronic form which concerns professional activity in the security market:

1. Approve Requirements to software products in the stock market (further - Requirements) (are applied).

2. Determine that professional participants of the security market and institutes of joint investment when implementing of professional activity by them shall use the software products meeting the Requirements approved by this decision since 01.01.2005.

3. Determine that the subjects specified in item 2 of this decision shall in a month from the effective date this decision to provide information on software products which are used by them in the stock market in the Commission.

4. Provide to the executive secretary M. Kaskevich:

state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

publication of this decision according to the current legislation.

5. Control of execution of this decision to assign to the Executive secretary of M. Kaskevich.
