1. Release since December 30, 2016 as means of payment and in the numismatical purposes six commemorative coins, according to appendix, with the following subjects:

Outstanding Persons series:

1) Mikhail Greku - 100 years since birth (metal – Au);

2) Mikhail Greku - 100 years since birth (metal – Ag);

Historical Events series:

3) "the Description of Moldova" of Dmitry Kantemir - 300 years (metal – Ag);

Sacred Monasteries series:

4) 180 years from the date of construction of the Cathedral of Christmas in Chisinau (metal – Ag);

"Holidays, Culture, Traditions of Moldova" series:

5) Chorus (metal – Ag);

"Red List of the Republic of Moldova" series

6) Krasnozobaya the brent (metal – Ag).

2. The realization of commemorative coins will be enabled through National Bank of Moldova and licensed banks.

3. The selling price of commemorative coins is established by the RM licensed banks independently in the amount of no more than for 3% exceeding the price at which they were acquired in National Bank of Moldova.

4. In national economy commemorative coins are instrument of payment and are accepted on their nominal value.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
