About establishment of single monthly allowance for displaced persons and persons equated to them
For the purpose of ensuring targeting of the funds allocated from the government budget for social protection of displaced persons and persons equated to them, and simplification of the mechanism of their finishing, being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:
1. Since January 1, 2017 instead of benefit for expenses on food, and also payments from the government budget for utility and other services for displaced persons and to identify persons equated to them for displaced persons and persons equated to them the single monthly allowance in the amount of 36,0 (thirty six) of manat.
1-1. Provide in centralized procedure payment of natural gas, the electric power, transportation of the waste and household waste used by the displaced persons and persons equated to them (except for the displaced persons and persons equated to them who are actually living in the densely populated places of temporary resettlement which are not provided with natural gas in individual procedure) who are actually living in temporary densely populated places (the former hostels, medical boarding houses and other buildings) at the expense of public funds within the regulations established for displaced persons till January 1, 2017 before their resettlement to new residential sites where it is possible to establish and to technically operate counters in individual procedure.
1-2. Make payment for the electric power consumed by the displaced persons and persons equated to them who are actually living in the densely populated places of temporary resettlement which are not provided with natural gas in individual procedure it is direct in the organization for public service in centralized procedure at the expense of the state since February 1, 2017 according to the limit set by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic before gasification of the specified sites.
