About ensuring sale of blocks of shares of the open joint stock companies created in the course of privatization which belong to the state, in the form of depositary receipts in the international stock markets
In pursuance of the State program of the privatization for 1999 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 1999 N 209, and for the purpose of increase in receipt of funds from privatization in the government budget Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for sale of blocks of shares of the open joint stock companies created in the course of privatization which belong to the state in the form of depositary receipts in the international stock markets it (is applied).
2. To fund of state-owned property in coordination with State commission on securities and the stock market, the Ministry of Economics, National agency on management of the state corporate laws to approve procedure for determination of the authorized person (adviser) in a month for the organization of sale of blocks of shares which belong to the state, in the form of depositary receipts in the international stock markets.
3. State commission on securities and the stock market to approve in two-month time procedure for establishment of correspondence relations between National depositary of Ukraine and foreign depository institutions for ensuring sale of blocks of shares which belong to the state, in the form of depositary receipts in the international stock markets.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine Tigipko S. L.
