About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for placement and distribution of convertible securities

1. Make changes and addition to the Regulations on procedure for placement and distribution of convertible securities approved by the Center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 18, 1997 (рег. No. 351 of July 1, 1997), according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes and amendment brought in Regulations on procedure for placement and distribution of convertible securities

1. In the name, in Item 1.1 and the name of Chapter V to replace the word "distribution" with the word "addresses";
