1. Approve Technological standard rates of admissible emissions of pollutants from the equipment (installations) for steel production (primary and secondary melting), the performance exceeding 2,5 of ton per hour (installations of gas-oxygen refinement became), which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of environmental monitoring, audit and atmospheric air (Vasilenko V.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff Kolomiyets S. L.
