1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the special account of the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 29, 2016 No. 40 the following changes and amendment:

in Regulations on the special account of the State committee of the industry, power and the subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- the nineteenth Item 8 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-rendering paid financial aid to subordinated divisions and companies of Committee, and also on other actions directed to improvement of their activities.";
