About modification of the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs

According to Articles 7, "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of transactions for production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative coins of Ukraine, souvenirs the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 213, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2012 at No. 1044/21356 (with changes), the following changes:

In paragraph nine of Item 1.2 of Chapter 1 of the word "memorable and" to exclude 1);

Item 5.1 of Chapter 5 to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In some cases in coordination with Department production of samples of coin, souvenirs without production and approval of plaster models is allowed";

"The resolution of Board" to replace 3) in Item 1 of Chapter 7 of the word with the word "order";

4) in Chapter 10:

in paragraph three of Item 10.15 of the word "orders or resolutions, the order" shall be replaced with words "orders, the order of National Bank or board decision of National Bank";

in Item 10.16 of the word "commemorative coins from precious metals and" to exclude;

5) in the text of the Instruction of the word "resolution of Board" in all cases shall be replaced with words "board decision" in the corresponding cases.
