1. Rename the republican state companies according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Determine Management of material logistics by authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the republican state companies specified in appendix to this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval) in the procedure established by the legislation to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
