Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts concerning the organization of activities of bodies of pre-judicial investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 9, 2012 No. 686 (with changes), registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 22, 2012 in case of No. 1769/22081, which are attached.

2. (Saca V. M.) to provide to the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of October 14, 2014 No. 1697-VII "About prosecutor's office", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
