About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of August 9, 2012 No. 686
According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About militia", to Articles 8, 15 Laws of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies", and for the purpose of enhancement of activities of bodies of pre-judicial investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, proper accomplishment of the legislation on criminal proceedings by them order to the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 13, 2014 No. 401,:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of August 9, 2012 No. 686 "About the organization of activities of bodies of pre-judicial investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 22, 2012 for No. 1769/22081, the following change:
to add Item 1.4 after words of "linear management (department)" with words ", department of militia in their structure, department of special militia".
2. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts concerning the organization of activities of bodies of pre-judicial investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which are applied.
3. (Saca V. M.) to provide to the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
