About approval of Changes to Regulations on registration of taxpayers for value added

According to the Law of Ukraine of December 28, 2014 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some legal acts of Ukraine of rather tax reform" and the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 71-VIII:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on registration of taxpayers for value added approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 14, 2014 No. 1130, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2014 for No. 1456/26233, which are applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk N. A.) and in accordance with the established procedure to provide to Department of registration of payers and electronic services of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine (Kalenichenko N. G.):

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Fudashkin D. A. and Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Belous I. A. Ministr of N. Yaresko
