About entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2010 No. 338

For the purpose of improvement of activities of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2010 No. 338 the following amendment:

in Regulations on the Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 23 with the paragraph the tenth the following content:

"-disposes in the procedure established by the legislation property which is on balance of Government office in coordination with authorized state body in the field of management of state-owned property;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
