About approval of the Regulations on authorization of bodies for assessment (confirmation) of compliance to requirements of technical regulations
For the purpose of implementation of article 27 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on authorization of bodies for assessment (confirmation) of compliance to requirements of technical regulations according to appendix.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10.03.2021 No. 85
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
