About modification of article 20 of the Law about reproductive health No. 138 of June 15, 2012

Art. I. – Part (3) article 20 of the Law about reproductive health No. 138 of June 15, 2012 (2012, 673) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 205-207, in the following edition:
"(3) Vapours in which both partners have medical insurance and correspond to the medical criteria established by the Ministry of Health, have the right to one extracorporal fertilization within compulsory medical insurance within the available financial resources according to the regulations approved by the Government.".
Art. II. – This law becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
