1. Declare invalid the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of July 29, 2010 No. 618 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on collection and use of information which constitutes credit history", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 27, 2010 on No. 990/18285 (with changes).

2. To provide to department of regulation and supervision of credit institutes submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. Organizational administrative to provide to department promulgation of this order after its state registration.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the member Natskomfinuslug Maksimchuk O. V.
