For the purpose of increase in banking system stability of Ukraine, protection of interests of creditors and investors and assistance to ensuring timely accomplishment of obligations of banks of Ukraine, being guided by Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 42, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 9, 2015 No. 363 "About measures for change of conditions of use of the credits for maintenance of liquidity of banks and transactions of repo" (with changes) the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in item 4 of the word of "adjusting factor" "adjusting factor, and other liquid providing";

And figures "as of June 09, 2015" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 7 of the word also in figures "as of June 09, 2015. The size of such interest rate from the date of the conclusion of the agreement on modification of the credit agreement regarding prolongation of term and change of other conditions of use of the obtained credit cannot exceed the size of the discount rate of the National Bank of Ukraine operating for date of the conclusion of such agreement on modification plus one and a half percent points".
