1. Item 2.9 of the Procedure for the carrying out additional sale of shares of joint-stock companies at par value approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of July 29, 2008 No. 878, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 27, 2008 on No. 783/15474 (with changes), after the words "in the commission it is provided" to add with the words "the certificate of bodies of the income and charges of the submitted declaration on property condition and the income (tax declaration), and also".

2. To provide to management of operational planning of sales of objects of groups B, G of Department of privatization submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
