About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About guaranteeing compensation on bank deposits of physical persons"

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About guaranteeing compensation on bank deposits of physical persons" of November 24, 2004, ZR-142-N (further – the Law) the words "two million" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "four million" in the corresponding case forms, and the words "one million" in the corresponding case forms – the words "two million" in the corresponding case forms.

Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 12 of the Law of the word "percent 2,5" shall be replaced with words "5 percent".

Article 3. To add part 4 of article 19 of the Law with the Item "item 1" of the following content:

"the item 1) considers at least time in five years question of review of the sizes of the guaranteed contribution established by this Law in aspect of their compliance to the regulations established by the fund charter;".

Article 4. In the Item of part 1 of article 23 of the Law:

1) in paragraph one of the word "pension fund contributions" shall be replaced with words "payments of obligatory social security";

2) in the last paragraph the word of "reserves". replace with the word of "reserves";

Part to add 3) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"– the expenses connected with taxes, duties and other obligatory payments, lease payments, expenses for use bank, utilities.".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
