About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2014 No. 88

Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2014 No. 88 "About the organization and holding procedures of purchases of goods (works, services) and calculations between the customer and the contractor when constructing facilities" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 11.02. 2014, 5/38400; 05:08. 2015, 5/40873) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in word preamble "Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 591 "About holding procedures of purchases in case of construction" shall be replaced with words "subitem 1.12 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2016 No. 380 "About purchases of goods (works, services) in case of construction";

1.2. in Regulations on procedure for the organization and holding procedures of purchases of goods (works, services) when constructing facilities approved by this resolution:
