About modification of the Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to Item 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", to Item 5 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of July 16, 2015 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of system of guaranteeing household deposits and conclusion of insolvent banks from the market" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED No. 629-VIII:
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 2, 2012 No. 1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 for No. 1273/21585 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in Item 2 of the Section I:
word in paragraph three" (except physical persons subjects of business activity)" shall be replaced with words "(including physical person entrepreneur)";
add the paragraph the fourth after the word to "investor" with words "(to consolidation of investors)";
2) in paragraph one of Item 2 and in paragraph one of Item 3 of the Section II of the word of "day of obtaining" shall be replaced with words "dates of issue";
3) in the Section III:
in Item 8:
in the paragraph the second words to "adoption of such decision" shall be replaced with words to "day of introduction of liquidation procedure";
word in paragraph three of "decision making about withdrawal of the banking license and liquidation of bank" shall be replaced with words "introductions of liquidation procedure";
