According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2014 "About formation of the Public fiscal service" and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine we ORDER to No. 160:
1. In Item 1.1 of the Section I of the Instruction on operations procedure of bodies (divisions) of protection of frontier in case of detection of signs of customs offenses, and also identifications of property which has no owner or the owner of which is unknown, and procedure for further interaction of bodies (divisions) for protection of the frontier with bodies of the income and charges approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine of October 3, 2013 No. 947/525, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on October 29, 2013 for No. 1826/24358, to make the following changes:
Words "customs of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine (further - customs)" to replace 1) with the word "customs";
Words "tax authorities of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words 2) "tax authorities".
2. To provide to department of legal providing the Ministry of Internal Affairs (D.V.'s Gorbas) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
