About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2011 No. 1049

Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2011 No. 1049 "About change, amendment and recognition voided some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus concerning education" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 92, 5/34264; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.06. 2013, 5/37423), following changes and amendments:
state subitem 4.5 in the following edition:
"4.5. develops projects of regulatory legal acts, state programs (subprogrammes) in the field of education and the state youth policy;";
add Item with subitem 4.25-1 of the following content:
"4.25-1. performs youth personnel policy within the competence;";
state subitem 4.36 in the following edition:
"4.36. provides development, general coordination and control of activities of student's groups in the Republic of Belarus;";
add Item with subitem 4.36-1 of the following content:
"4.36-1. promotes formation and development of youth volunteer movement;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
