About questions of reorganization of the National center of oncology under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic

2. Rename the National center of oncology under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic into the National center of oncology and hematology under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Approve the Charter of the National center of oncology and hematology under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About allowances to official pay rates of employees of the public institutions and organizations having the status "national" or honorary title No. 239, "academic" from May 24, 2011, the following amendment:

- to add Item 23 of the List of the public institutions and organizations having the status "national" or honorary title "academic", approved by the above-named resolution after the word of "oncology" with the words "and hematology".

5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to make the corresponding adjustments within introduction of amendments to budgets of the reorganized organizations for the corresponding year.
