About modification of the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine

According to Item 2 of the Section VII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About confirmation of conformity", No. 46-93 "About standardization and certification" and to the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459, for the purpose of implementation of assessment of conformity of products according to the Technical regulation about requirements to automobile gasolines, the diesel, ship and boiler fuel approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 1, 2013 No. 927, I order to article 14 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 1993:

1. Make to the Section 13 "Oil products" of the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine, the State committee of Ukraine approved by the order concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of February 01, 2005 No. 28, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 4, 2005 for No. 466/10746 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 13.1 to state 1) in the following edition:

13.1. Fuel: gasolines automobile *****, aviation; diesel *****; alternative, biofuels (for petrol engines, for diesel engines with ****** biodiesel content)

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
