About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of activities of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Remove from maintaining the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic the State company of Kyrgyzmarkasa under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic and public institution by Transk under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic and transfer to the jurisdiction of the State committee of information technologies and bonds of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Charter of the State company of Kyrgyzmarkasa under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 5, 2014 No. 444 the following changes:
- in the name and Item 1 of the word "under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- in the Charter of the State company of Kyrgyzmarkasa under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
