About modification of the Procedure for rotation of employees of diplomatic service in system of bodies of diplomatic service of Ukraine

According to article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About diplomatic service" and for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of rotation in system of bodies of diplomatic service I order:

1. Bring in the Procedure for rotation of employees of diplomatic service in system of bodies of diplomatic service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of May 31, 2012 No. 147, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 20, 2012 for No. 1016/21328, the following changes:

Paragraph one of Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7. The workers included in the approved Plan of rotation shall in time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine established by the order on transfer of the worker into the corresponding position to leave in foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine.";
