About modification of the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values in bank institutions in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values in bank institutions in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. No. 29 is excluded according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 31.03.2017

2. Oblige banks:

till December 31, 2016 to equip additionally the armored motor transport made till 2012 (inclusive) according to requirements of the Instruction safes of temporary storage of values and/or collector safes, except that motor transport which will be used only for ensuring maintenance of currency values in case of their transportation;

perform interregional transportations of currency values by motor transport it is not lower than 3 classes of protection according to requirements of State standard of Ukraine of GSTU 3975-2000 "Protection armored specialized cars. General technical requirements", equipped with safes of temporary storage of values and/or collector safes.

3. To department of currency circulation (Zayvenko V. P.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Smoliya Ya. V.

5. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, except paragraphs of the fifth, eighth and eleventh subitem of 1 Item 1, which become effective since January 01, 2016.
