1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2010 No. 667 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for conducting the state geological examination of the project documentation on geological studying of subsoil and introduction of amendments to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 1999 No. 669 and of October 22, 2007 No. 1379" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 118, 5/31792; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.04. 2013, 5/37100; 06:07. 2013, 5/37484):
to exclude from the name of the word "and introduction of amendments to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 1999 No. 669 and of October 22, 2007 No. 1379";
to exclude from preamble of the word "and part two of article 24 of the Water code of the Republic of Belarus";
in Regulations on the procedure for conducting the state geological examination of the project documentation on geological studying of subsoil approved by this resolution:
in part two of Item 1 of the word "not being subject to state registration according to Item 5 of Article 49" shall be replaced with words "provided in subitems 1.7-1.10 of Item 1 and Item 5 of Article 49";
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The state geological examination is carried out at the expense of the subsoil user by the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian State Geological Center" (further - the state company "Belgosgeotsentr")".;
