About modification and amendments in the Law on veterans No. 190-XV of May 8, 2003

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on veterans No. 190-XV of May 8, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Item c) of Article 3 of the word of "provision of public welfare payments and address compensations" shall be replaced with words "implementation of social payments".

2. In part (2) Article 12 of the word "the pensions having the right on the occasion of loss of the supporter" shall be replaced with words "receiving pensions or public social benefit".
