About modification and amendments in the Law on wages system of government employees No. 48 of March 22, 2012
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on wages system of government employees No. 48 of March 22, 2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 63, of the Art. 213), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and addition:
1. Item b) parts (Article 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"b) establishment of the salary depending on the importance, responsibility, complexity and risk of the performed activities, and also depending on professional achievements of government employees;";
2. In Article 5:
part (to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) the General salary of the government employee for work within a month at the normal duration of the working hours established by the law, according to the tasks and obligations provided in the job description consists from:
a) official pay rate;
b) allowances for the class rank, special rank and diplomatic rank;
c) the stimulating payments.";
part (to recognize 2) invalid;
in part (the words "and on one-time awards" to exclude 3).
3. Add the law with Article 7-1 of the following content:
"Article 7-1. The stimulating payments
(1) Government employees have the right to the monthly allowance for intensity of work and annual bonus.
(2) Government employees have the right to one-time awards.
(3) Government employees have the right to the stimulating payments which are paid for the account of economy of the funds for compensation allocated for the corresponding year, according to the procedure and in accordance with the terms, established by the Government.".
4. State Article 8 in the following edition:
