About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the Government No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 131-133, 1018), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and addition:

1. In part four of Article 8 of the word of "bodies subordinated to the Government" shall be replaced with words "other central administrative authorities and bodies of the public power subordinated to the Government".

2. State Article 14 in the following edition:

"Article 14. The main powers of the Government in the field of work and personnel policy in the field of public service

Government:

Carries out 1) politicians in the field of the state position, employment, employment relationships and compensation, the politician takes measures for enhancement of data;

2) is provided by means of the State office by management of the state position and government employees;

3) is provided by proper functioning and enhancement of public service, approval of development of opportunities of management and training process of the personnel enlisted on public service.".

3. In Item 2) of Article 16 of the word "other bodies and organizations subordinated to it performing public functions" shall be replaced with words "organizational structures in the field of their competence, and also bodies of the public power subordinated to it,".

4. In Article 20:

in Item 1) "the state inspections and" shall be replaced with words words "organizational structures in the field of their competence,";

2) and 3) to state Items in the following edition:

"2) approves regulations on the ministries and other central administrative authorities, on administrative authorities, government commissions and councils subordinated to them;";
