According to the subitem 3 of Item 2 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine of February 27, 2014 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies" on its reduction in compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine" I order to No. 795-VII:
1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning archiving which are attached.
2. To department of interaction with authorities (Martynenko S. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy Minister Yemelyanova I. I.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
