About modification of some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Part one of Article 47 of the Land code No. 828-XII of December 25, 1991 (repeated publication: 2001, 107, the Art. 817), with subsequent changes and amendments to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
