About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Instruction for recognition in financial accounting of the income and expenses in National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 30, 2009 No. 125 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 201, 8/21330; 2010, No. 276, 8/22930; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.01. 2013, 8/26779; 31.12. 2013, 8/28203; 24:10. 2015, 8/30302):
in Item 9:
third to exclude the paragraph;
to consider paragraphs of the fourth or eighth respectively paragraphs the third or seventh;
to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;
to consider the paragraph of the seventh the paragraph the sixth;
in Item 43:
word part one in paragraph one "the client, the partner (payer), the issuer of obligations" shall be replaced with words "obligations of the client, issuer";
word part two in paragraph one "the client, the issuer of obligations" shall be replaced with words "obligations of the client, issuer";
to add Item 51 after the word of "stones" with words "(further if other is not determined, - percent)";
state Item 54 in the following edition:
"54. Percent are charged proceeding from account balances according to the procedure provided in local regulatory legal act of National Bank, banks and are reflected in financial accounting taking into account requirements of this Instruction.
