According to Articles 180 - 184, the 209th Section V of the Tax code of Ukraine and to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the Law of Ukraine of December 24, 2015 No. 909-VIII "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring balance of budget receipts in 2016" I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on registration of taxpayers for value added approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 14, 2014 No. 1130, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2014 for No. 1456/26233, with changes which are applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Romaniuk Yu. P.) and in accordance with the established procedure to provide to Department of servicing of payers of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine (Kalenichenko N. G.):

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Makeeva A. L. and Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Nasirov R. M.
